Data-driven inverter-based Volt/VAr control for partially observable distribution networks

چکیده
For active distribution networks (ADNs) integrated with massive inverter-based energy resources, it is impractical to maintain the accurate model and deploy measurements at all nodes due large-scale of ADNs. Thus, current models ADNs are usually involving significant errors or even unknown. Moreover, partially observable since only a few available pilot users. To provide practical Volt/Var control (VVC) strategy for such networks, data-driven VVC method proposed in this paper. Firstly, system response policy, approximating relationship between variables states monitoring nodes, estimated by recursive regression closed-form solution. Then, based on real-time newly updated convergence guarantee realized. Since solution embedded stage, closed-loop framework established. The effectiveness validated an unbalanced considering nonlinear loads where not rapid self-adaptive voltage regulation realized but also system-wide optimization achieved.

Compositional Control Synthesis for Partially Observable Systems
We present a compositional method for deriving control constraints on a network of interconnected, partially observable and partially controllable plant components. The constraint derivation method works in conjunction with an antichain–based, symbolic algorithm for computing weakest strategies in safety games of imperfect information. We demonstrate how the technique allows a reactive controll...
متن کاملCommunity Detection in Partially Observable Social Networks
The discovery of community structures in social networks has gained significant attention since it is a fundamental problem in understanding the networks’ topology and functions. However, most social network data are collected from partially observable networks with both missing nodes and edges. In this paper, we address a new problem of detecting overlapping community structures in the context...
متن کاملData-driven Evolutionary-game-based Control for Drinking Water Networks
This work addresses the design of a control strategy for drinking water transport networks (DWTNs) based on evolutionary-game theory (EGT). This theory allows to model the evolution of a population composed by a large and finite number of rational agents, which are able to make decisions. As an analogy with a multi-variable control system for DWTN, the whole population represents the total avai...
متن کاملEstimation and Control for Linear, Partially Observable Systems with Non-gaussian Initial Distribution*
The nonlinear filtering problem of estimating the state of a linear stochastic system from noisy observations is solved for a broad class of probability distributions of the initial state. It is shown that the conditional density of the present state, given the past observations, is a mixture of Gaussian distributions, and is parametrically determined by two sets of sufficient statistics which ...
متن کاملHeuristic Algorithms for Influence Maximization in Partially Observable Social Networks
We consider the problem of selecting the most influential members within a social network, in order to disseminate a message as widely as possible. This problem, also referred to as seed selection for influence maximization, has been under intensive investigation since the emergence of social networks. Nonetheless, a large body of existing research is based on the assumption that the network is...
